So here I am selling out and writing a blog. I always told myself these thing were stupid but alas I find myself trying to find reasons just to write a bit.
So my weekend was pretty awesome. Friday night we roller skating at a coworkers thing. It was pretty fun I got to roller blade for a bit and chill with some co-workers. Then I hung out at the house drinking Jager with Jason and Paul. We played some video games and wrapped the night up early.
Sat I spend the day just kickin it at the house chillin with a few friends. The in the night time Jason and I made the trek out to SF for the motocross. The motocross was bad ass until it started pouring rain. The parking in SF sucks and getting out of the parking lot took almost 45 min. AT&T park would be an awesome park if they could get some kind of kick ass parking going on. That really takes away from the whole experience.
Sunday though is where all the magic happened. I got up at 3:45am and pack all my snowboarding gear into my car. Paul and I hit the road and got to the meet up for the bayareaskibus. We hit the road around 5:30 and it was lights out till we reached the point where the bus puts on it's chains. The bay area ski bus hooked us up with some pretty good bagels and cream cheese. I was pretty much awake from that point all the way to the resort. Once at the resort we had to search around for a bit to find the lifts and store for Paul to get a beanie. Once we hit the slopes it was amazing! All my stress from the previous week was gone. The snow was more than anyone could have ever hoped for. We found powder everywhere. Every run of the day was amazing. Powder until we left. Northstar is now one of my top boarding locations. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I'm really glad everything worked out and I got to make it to the slopes this weekend. Getting to have a day like that makes life a little easier.
I'm really looking forward to getting to go boarding with Patrick and Jorge very soon.
That's all for my first blog, hope it wasn't to boring for you.
